Handlebars helpers

In an application we are using Handlebars templating. However, we needed many custom helpers to do what we wanted to achieve. Here are some of those helpers. It may help someone who is looking for achieving similar things. Examples are included. Adding/Subtracting Character limit with trailing characters (optional).
